Okay, I know that a lot of people don't really know me and the same applies for me; I really don't know a whole lot about most of you. So I got a suggestion to make a thread for all of us to get to know each other.

Well, and I think this might be nice for new members to introduce themselves, so they don't just come in here and feel way out of place.

I'm (obviously) Jent and I used to go to Squaregamer before SektorSeven ever existed. But I didn't have a remote computer where I could get on everyday, or even once a month. So I really couldn't develop any reputation because of my scarce appearances.
Enough about that though.

I live in the United States, in Nebraska. It's extremely boring here. I mean, it doesn't have the stereotypical farms everywhere (although they can be found) but I live in a town the size of only about 25,000. I've lived here my whole my life. I'm 20 years old and all I do is work. But I'm very interested in attending classes at a school in Arizona called UAT. My friend is going there right now, and he says he likes it. I would really like to pursue a career in art, I've been told I'm good. Maybe when I get ahold of some sort of scanning device I'll show you all.

Um...It's kinda funny that I created this thread, because I'm HORRIBLE at introductions. But, yeah, I guess I did it anyways.

Oh, also, I think it would be interesting to know what all your names used to be on SG or S7. I mean, I know that names have changed. And I'm confused.

and emergengy when I lived in that post-apocalyptic city of sektor seven. my family lived in sektor four which was destroyed in the third apocalypse

since then I've put a lot of effort into keeping apocalypses at bay and I think it's going ok.

I'm shmack, i've always been shmack (or some permutation of). I haven't been around on SG for very long- only since the previous incarnation started and no name/vibing v got me to join up.

I'm in the UK but I grew up on a farm in the states. I moved here when I got married, so this August I'll change from being a legal alien to being a resident of the UK, but we'll probably move to the states in a few years anyway.

I have an interview today and I'm really fucking nervous because I've never had an actual job interview before.

I'm not great at forums, I do better in IRC where I can't get distracted as much...

i strangely found this place around July 2002 when i was doing a search on google for blitzball advice and stuff for FFX. so on seeing strifes massive faq i was like 'a forum? wtf is that?'

so i reged, as yuka, and posted about three times before forgetting about this place for about two months.

then i remember it, come back and everything is all new, i think it was sg4 by that time.

so i reged again, posted a few times, and forgot all about the place AGAIN, as i;m stupid in that way

so, in typical fashion i rememebred the place again, onl this time it was sektor seven

so i reged and posted and forgot

then i came back here a bit later, reged and spammed my ass off!

I live in Canada, which is pretty much a quarter of the SG population, I’m assuming.

I like reading novels, currently reading The Dice Man, and writing short stories and screenplays (shorts). I'm not much of a gamer, but I am interested in gaming in general.

I found out about this site after meeting Damien a while ago, and when him and man of txt started running it and started it up I thought it'd be fun to join and spam it up.

Hello. I am CDestroyer. I've had the same name since I first registered around 2000, in all forms and versions of SG. I'm not too sure on the year, actually. I've been off and on ever sence with various amounts of active-ness. More specifically, with various amounts of posting...I dont remember not checking up on SG on a regular basis.

I generally go by the nick name JustPlainOnion, JPOnion or some other form of that on other sites, but strangly enough, though I "earned" that name in the SG IRC channel, I never use it here.

I go to school in Oregon, but right now I'm living in Tokyo.

I'm Brody. I grew up in Oklahoma and have stuck around for my family's sake. I studied Graphic design at UCO (Central Oklahoma). Currently I'm a wine merchandiser/sales rep and on my free time I work on a design corporation I started about 3 months ago.

Square Gamer first came to my attention in December of 02. I was enamored with the sense of community in a forum. SG particularly because of its staunch sense of humor and and random flaming on the influx of nubs (I was caught in many of those :jeez)

Hello everyone.

I registered as "bonzaii" in late spring early summer of '99. I had first viewed the forums in their FF8 days after awaiting the game my Freshman year of college in NY. I have made wonderful lasting friendships with many of the people I've met over the years, but most of all my bros from the SG Cali Raod Trip in the summer of 2002 (Yahiko aka Bobby, Trev aka Josh, and Tzen) Dippin' with Caesar!. I spammed the boards a lot more when I was in college and not working.

I went to school for Graphic Design in NY but never graduated, moved back to San Diego and then moved to San Francisco to attend culinary school. I believe that I am the only classically trained chef on SG :XE I cooked a few meals for SG members that summer in Vancouver I believe it was impromptu BBQ pork w/ rice for dinner, and Pancakes for breakfast.

I am probably one of the oldest members on the forum except for Andy(Old man Zell), I'm 25. Anyways I have always enjoyed my time here on the boards and will probably surf and post occasionally til god forbidding the place stops running.
