That picture doesn't even look like her, maybe when she was younger. Nothing wrong with the way she looks now, but I wouldn't call her that attractive, and I say that not because I'm a liberal, in fact I lean towards the conservative side.

Ugh... universal health insurance is really just playing into the insurance companies hands and is far more expensive than genuine universal healthcare would be. I hate Clinton for that awful idea. Obama's not much better, but at least he doesn't want to force people to pay for insurance.

TBH, I don't really give two shits about universal health care. It's not going to happen, because there are enough Americans that hate having to pay for other peoples' problems to keep the idea from ever going through. It's why so many people are pissed off about the bailout idea that's being proposed by the Treasury secretary and GOP.

OK, I don't mind paying for other peoples' sickness, but I don't want to have to pay for their fuck ups.

Er...my main problem with it is I don't want to pay for the fuck ups of the wealthy elite trying to get richer. I'm all for helping out the (lower) middle class and poor suffering from this, but I certainly don't want to help out anyone who's going to be getting a huge paycheck in either case.

Considering America as a whole is getting dumber, including pumping out fewer doctors, and the population is getting larger due to illegal aliens and some members of the population mass-producing spawn, universal health care doesn't really sound feasible to me.

Not to mention if people are given universal health care, that gives them all the more reason not to give two cents about taking care of their own bodies (i.e. smoking, getting fat).

The thing is, nobody is really pushing for actual universal healthcare at any serious level. Obama is pushing universal child healthcare. Which makes sense. And it's pretty cheap comparatively.

And most illegal aliens don't get health insurance. Kind of part of the whole illegality thing.
