They interrupt their programming all of the time.. like Viva la Bam will be interrupted with Tony Hawk telling you to vote and go buy THPSU2

It isn't part of the show because I've seen these episodes before. The "vote" thing comes on, then 15 seconds later or whatever it comes back to the show, which doesn't pick up where it left off - it's ahead of when the "vote" thing came in.
