Official Spiderman 3 thread!!!!

Spiderman 3 probably the most anticipated movie comming out this year will be in theaters midnight this friday. Me and some friends are going to be going. I relaly want to hit an IMAX theater to watch it, but I don't think they have midnight showings and the closest one near me is about an hour away.

Anyway this one seems to be the real deal in terms of quality. The trailers look amazing with the confrontation between Peter and Harry along with Eddie Brock's first major appearance in the movie. I really hope that the battles will be much more flavorful than the cheesy battles between Harry's dad and Doc Oc.

So to anyone who's going to hit the theaters at midnight. Hope you're as hyped as I am! I'm hoping for the blockbuster it is supposed to be.

Not seeing it until Sunday, but that'll be the Drive In...so the RDM won't really remember anything that happens in it

It had better be awesome. The RDM is a little worried about the treatment of Eddie Brock.

It was pretty good. I liked it best out of all 3. Pacing was a bit messed up at the start, but story played out very well. My only complaint:

[spoiler]Compare Harry's first and second appearances as the Green Goblin. First time around, he was angry and all. Second time around, after he gets his memory back, he's clearly psychotic, his sanity is gone. And yet, somehow just knowing that Spidey didn't kill his father, he goes to help Peter and suddenly they're best friends again.

I just don't believe that he could come back from that, that quickly as well.[/spoiler]

Um this movie sucked. All this money they put into it and it was so boring. Venom was terribly integrated and Sandman was so zzzz. Tobey did a nice job, but they just threw in some bs especially with Harry and his butler at the end.

As a whole it was pretty good, at leats as good as the others.
It missed in some pretty major places though, aka the bad guys.

Well i saw it in IMAX last weekend and i kinda was disappointed...it felt like the whole movie was cut severely...

Sandman was cool, loved his animation and motivation, cept for the part that he could have gotten more airtime...
I can't believe they put in 3 badguys and gave venom liek 10 minutes, that really sucks. They should have kept it at 1 badguy per movie...

Venom for only 10 minutes in movies, screeching and bitching whole time = stupid.

Sandman character was just dumb, and they tried to flesh him out, but all we wanted was venom. Instead they gave us 2 half-assed characters.

Other than that, I liked the movie..

Watched it yesterday, I liked it.

Venom could have been much better and the pacing wasn't perfect but other than that the Spiderman awesomeoness was there

The RDM has recently been considering seeing Fantastic Four...but...uh...Doom looks so terrible in all of the promotional material.

As opposed to Silver Surfer, who looks awesome.

Kirsten Dunst is terrible. She ruined the whole series. I don't mind Mary Jane that much, but I was hoping for an appearance from Felicia Hardy instead we get Gwen Stacy ROFL. If they ever make another movie Kirsten Dunst should not be in it. Recast please.
