OK, here goes...
From what I said on LJ originally:
I like how Nerja wasn't too touristy (it still seemed 'Spanish', rather than a version of Blackpool with nicer weather), but was still tourist-friendly (with like, clubs and stuff, stuff for us to do). Somewhere like that again would be nice, I think. A villa (maybe more than one again) would be perfect, especially if there was a pool again
Somewhere near the beach, nice weather (but not stupidly hot, think of us fair skinned people!), shops, places to go and eat/drink, other places nearby... (like waterparks, theme parks, places with other shops, etc etc) would be good. So yeah, I dunno what everyone else wants, but that's what I'd like personally.
One thing I would ask, is can we not go to Rimini please
I've not been myself, but the general idea I've got from people is that there isn't enough to do for two weeks, nowhere really to go out on a night, and it's not exactly full of villas. Plus spending the majority of the holiday in an arcade isn't fun
I'd quite gladly go to Nerja, but we've got a whole world out there, so we might as well go somewhere different (but not too expensive) I guess?
What people are thinking generally:
No Bemani/arcades
Pool would be great, private preferably
Somewhere with shops
Villas, big villas
Balance of touristy stuff but not a place that's ruined by over-touristyness

Somewhere with decent transport, meaning we can get to big towns, places with stuff like theme parks, waterparks, etc
A beach, of course
Suggestions for places:
Algarve
Villamartin, near Torrevieja in Spain
Spain is currently being favoured because of its tequila, and cheap villas
From now on, I'm doing no more organising, everyone please just input from now on!
