I don't know! :frustea It's less than I remember shrines being from BotW, but then when I think about it I recall that I didn't care for the shrines on the plateau either. So maybe it's less or maybe it's the same. I need to do more shrines.
I’m finding it hard to get time to play. I want to be immersed in it but I generally can only play 5-10 minutes at a time or have a wriggly baby on me who’s trying to grab the controller. Theatrhytm calms him but I’ve already played that to death.
Final Fantasy VI was easier to play with the baby around as it’s turn based. Anything too actiony and it starts going wrong. At least I mainly play stuff with calming music and never play FPS games and the like.
Done three of the main dungeons now. The bosses so far haven’t been too difficult. It’s funny how many enemies in the game can one hit you, yet the actual bosses dish out pretty low damage.

Or like in BotW where some enemies effectively one-hit you by pushing you into an environmental hazard or knocking you off a bridge.
The NPCs that assist is a pretty cumbersome mechanic and definitely something they could improve on. So many times I’ve walked up to one for them to walk away or for another to walk in the way and be selected instead.
Hey WaWard, I couldn't help but notice you've spent a staggering 500 hours playing a videogame on that... *ahem* "charming" Switch of yours. Well, let's just say you've certainly dedicated a considerable amount of time to what some might call an "inferior" system. But hey, to each their own, right? While I can't quite comprehend the allure of the Switch, I suppose there must be some hidden magic in its limited graphics and underwhelming performance. As for LoD (Lamentable Ode to Disappointment), it's the perfect name for a game that manages to keep you hooked despite its questionable quality. Keep marching to the beat of your own drum, my friend, and may your hours of LoD on the Switch continue to mystify us all.
Finally finished it. About 90 hours on the clock. I could probably find at least that again in extra content that I’ve missed or skipped but I’ll instead move on to all the other games I’ve bought
